Our stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the animation team was fantastic and really made our holiday fun, the food and service left a lot to be desired. The location was decent, but the overall experience felt rushed and unfriendly, especially at meal times. Considering the price we paid, I expected a bit more in terms of service and food quality.

I had a fabulous holiday experience at this hotel. The area was calm and quiet, making it a perfect getaway, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, like visiting the zoo or riding camels. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. However, there were a few downsides, such as inconsistent housekeeping and the need for renovations in some areas of the hotel.
